Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or U.S. territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.) at this time.

International shipping is not currently available. Sign up to our newsletter at naturpaws.com to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Shipping Cost

Free shipping on all U.S. orders. No minimum purchase required.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may take an additional business day to process.

Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days after the order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier conditions, weather, and your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier picks up your package.

Order Issues

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of receiving the shipping confirmation, please contact us at giosalomone@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if appropriate, send a replacement at no additional cost.

Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at giosalomone@gmail.com. We can update the address only if the order has not yet shipped.

Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, unclaimed, refused) will be refunded for the product cost, less any return shipping fees. If you would like the order reshipped, we will charge an additional shipping fee.
